Founder • Former Competitive Boxer • Boxing Coach • Personal Trainer
As a former competitive boxer, the ring taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of pushing beyond limits—values I now bring to every aspect of my work. After hanging up my gloves, I founded this company to share my passion for fitness and boxing with others, guiding them not only to achieve their physical goals but to build mental toughness as well. Whether I’m coaching in the ring or designing a personal training program, my mission is to empower you to become the strongest version of yourself, both inside and out.

Sports Therapist • Former Competitive Boxer • Boxing Coach • Personal Trainer
I’m an experienced boxer, personal trainer and sports therapist. I’ve been super sporty all my life and have a real passion for anatomy and physiology.
My full dedication for boxing started around 15 years ago. I trained and boxed all over the world, including Thailand, Australia Poland and in Miami As I was fighting and sparring all over Uk, women asked me if I could teach them how to box - back in a time when women’s boxing wasn’t very popular. So, I became a personal trainer and boxing coach, as well as a sports therapist.

Former Competitive Boxer • ABA England Boxing Coach
Boxing taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of hard work, but it also showed me the importance of community. As a coach, I get to pass on these lessons to the next generation, helping them find their own strength. Seeing a young boxer from Romsey gain confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals reminds me of why I started. It’s not just about the sport; it’s about building character, fostering friendships, and being part of something bigger than ourselves. This is where my heart is.

Former Competitive Boxer • ABA England Boxing Coach
Boxing was my way of proving to myself that I could overcome anything. As a coach now, I’m driven by the desire to help others discover their inner strength. In Romsey, I see so many young women and men who just need a bit of guidance and encouragement. Watching them grow, not just as athletes but as people, is incredibly rewarding. It's about more than just winning fights; it’s about building self-belief, resilience, and a supportive community. This work fulfills me in a way nothing else could.
Hey I'm Pip! I am a qualified level 3 personal trainer, I have been weightlifting for three years which is my main passion. However along the way I have completed the Hampton Court Half Marathon and was previously a dancer for seventeen years. Through my journey I managed to lose 11kg and build my own strong and healthy body.
My role is to tailor your needs and goals to your training and nutrition, factoring in your lifestyle and requirements in order to reward you with the outcome that you deserve and worked hard for! Although I can't do all the work for you, I will be there beside you every step of the way. My aim is to guide you, teaching you the skills, unleashing your inner strength (which I know you have) and strong mindset needed for success so that you are able to eventually 'flee the nest' and flourish independently.
